NORTHUMBERLAND — Northumberland Borough is reminding drivers that paving work begins (), with parking restrictions on several streets. For about ten days, the borough says no parking will be allowed on:
* Seventh Street between Orange and Prince streets.
* Orange Street between Park Avenue and Front Street
* Sheetz Avenue between Front and Second streets
* Fifth Street between Hanover and Prince streets.
