SHAMOKIN DAM — In Shamokin Dam, a traffic signal upgrade will begin next week at Routes 11/15 and Eleventh Avenue. PennDOT says the work supports a nearby Royal Farms development.
Officials say construction runs through with varying traffic impacts. Crews will install new signal structures, with lane restrictions expected early and turn lane closures during daytime work. Flagging will be used where needed.
