LEWISBURG — The Daily Item reports all charges filed against a Mifflinburg man accused of raping a 9-year-old girl are heading to court following a preliminary hearing. 52-year-old Melvin Casey Ross is charged with six felony counts of rape of a child along with other charges. Police say he took the girl to his home and assaulted her in the basement three times while no one was at home.
