LEWISBURG — The League of Women Voters of the Lewisburg Area has honored Linda Harris with its 2026 Jill Reynolds Award. The award recognizes a League member who works tirelessly for the organization, often without public recognition.
Harris has been a League member for 11 years and served 9 years on the board. She has helped coordinate candidate forums, distribute voter guides, support voting machine trainings, and advance voter education efforts.
The League also elected new directors and adopted a new program of work. Members say the focus remains voter education, civic engagement, and community outreach.
