DANVILLE — The Danville Area Community Center is hosting its second annual Veterans Community Day from 10am to 2pm. The free event welcomes all veterans, service members, and their families for lunch, camaraderie, and connection.
Organizers say 12–15 vendors are participating, offering information and services on health, education, recreation, and community resources. Displays include CareerLink’s mobile center, along with federal and state veterans’ agencies.
The event is part of DACC’s Veterans Thrive initiative, which also provides free or low-cost memberships and monthly Coffee & Camaraderie gatherings.
